The Raw color line is acrylic-free and resists dry out in your caps and bottles. This is especially beneficial for working longer sessions!

Our Pigments were developed for and intended for use by professional tattoo artists working in a tattoo shop or studio at a certified business location. We do not send our pigments to residential addresses unless previously arranged with us. You won't find our pigments on Amazon or eBay because we vet each artist who orders our ink. We work with suppliers who share this mentality and abide by similar guidelines.


If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@rawpigments.co as soon as possible after placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes once the order has been fulfilled but will do our best to accommodate you.

We can update your name, business, address or order any time before it's fulfilled, so the faster you contact us, the more likely we can make it happen!


We offer 14-day return policy on all purchases. Inspect your package upon arrival to confirm it was packed and shipped as expected. If you notice any leaks or damage, take a picture and send it to us. We will replace the damaged inks at no charge.


If you are exchanging: you only need to return the product/s you wish to exchange. If refunding a full set, every bottle must be returned. We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a set.


We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@rawpigments.co


To request or initiate a return, contact us directly at info@rawpigments.co  Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs. Once the items have been received, we will send your new pigments or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). RAW Pigments cannot be held liable for the loss of inks being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

We ensure that every bottle of ink you open will be the same color today as the color 10 years from now. It can be frustrating to use colors that vary slightly! We make several adjustments to each batch to ensure a match.
